Tony Johnson is the WMBE Expert on the First Hill Streetcar Project. As President of Johnson Construction and Consulting, working with Stacy and Witbeck, Inc., the General Contractor on this $68 Million dollar, GC/CM project to ex-ceed the voluntary WMBE goals of 15% DBE and 10% WBE participation. The project has a total of 13 bid packages with 10 awarded through April 2013. Total WMBE partici-pation to date is 37.32%.
